Exercise

I have to admit that it was just nice playing volleyball today. My kids played nicely off the court with the other little ones there and I played pretty well. Not great, mind you, but pretty well. There's something to be said about great sportsmanship. I can't tell you how many times I heard "Great set" or "Nice dig" or "good hustle", but it sure makes it easier to swallow the mistakes you make when the only things that are pointed out are the good plays that you do.
